ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Ryan Ho - Friday, May 27, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Fri May 27, 2011 12:32 pm

Breaking news has it that Ryan Ho was spotted in uniform for BHE team the Suspects. This was his first game action in months. This obviously means he has been cleared for contact and is nearing a return for his beloved Cash Only squad. He was limited in minutes and effectiveness but a huge step in the recovery process. Although physically ready, the mental aspect probably has Ryan wondering and second guessing his abilities. Rumour has it he may even suit up for Cash Only even just for the emotional boost this struggling squad needs. Knowing what kind of competitor this GM/Captain is, Im sure hell be there to help right the ship. This all makes for an even more interesting week in the ABHL come Saturday.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Vincent Wong - Monday, May 30, 2011

The flying tigers have made a fee agent splash. They have signed vincent wong to a one year deal worth 3 million dollars. While its unfortunate that John Vu went down to a knee sprain Vincent should fill in well for this team. He has already subbed for the tigers for a couple of weeks and the tigers obviously liked what they saw. While this is Bernie Chu's first move as a GM don't expect it to be the last. 2 weeks left in the regular season every team is gearing for the playoffs.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty SHJB - Tuesday, May 31, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Tue May 31, 2011 7:42 pm

Shjb has appeared to make its final big splash in the trade world. Nearing the playoffs shjb needed to clear enough cap space to comply with the cap. This afternoon shjb acquired the services of will chan and ex jammer richard lee. the two teams also swapped their 6th round picks. In will chan shjb get a responsible two way forward who also has a scoring touch. Richard Lee had a slow start but seemingly was getting comfortable with cash only. He should prove to be a solid player for the red squad. Now with two weeks left gel shjb is truly geared for the playoffs.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Cash Only - Tuesday - May 31, 2011

After a bounce back week cash only rocks the abhl newswire by dealing two of its faithful players. They sent will chan and dick lee to shjb for wilson man and wilson le. It looks like CO GM. Thinks two Wilsons will make a right. Wilson Man has been ano underrated forward from the get go. Hes definetly got the numbers but now will be tested in a whole new enviroment. If he keeps it up he may establish himself as a top notch producer. Wilson Le has been dealt a second time. Still relatively unknown in the abhl world, Wilson is solid and brings. A steady presence on offence. We'll look to week 7 to see if these moves pay off.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Vincent Wong - Tuesday, June 7, 2011

Vincent is set to make his official Tigers debut in week 7 of the ABHL. The highly touted free agent goalie has been solid in his other weeks as a sub. Itll be interesting to see whether being a part of the team will provide more motivation to perform. Vincent was spotted at last weekends 3 vs 3 st tourney at west edmonton mall. Its a good sign he is in game shape. He will have to be on top of his game as the Tigers are in the heat of a a battle for that final playoff spot.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Stanley Chan - Tuesday, June 7, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Tue Jun 07, 2011 10:05 am

Happy birthday stanely! The roosters star forward turns a ripe ol 28 today. He is in the prime of his career and will continue to be a cornerstone for the roosters team. Unfortunatley due to personal reasons he will not be in the lineup come wk 7 this sunday at the ACT center. While the roosters are comfortably iin the playoffs this week will still be important to keep momentum going as we head into the playoffs.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Gary Wong - Monday, June 20, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Mon Jun 20, 2011 8:40 pm

The former first overall pick will not be available for week 8 of the ABHL. He will be missing the final set of games due to personal reasons. The chain gang has gone 0-4 in its last four games missing Gary's presence cant possibly help them in week X as they stumble into the playoffs. Lets see if this team in blue can rally some sort of momentum as they have ano early preview matchup against the roosters.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Ricky Gregorio - Tuesday, June 21, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Tue Jun 21, 2011 11:40 am

Roosters will be without star dman ricky gregorio. Week 8 is merely playing out the last few games before the playoffs for this Rooster squad. They have basically clinched a first round playoff matchup with the chain gang. Hopefully GM PChans decision to honor Ricky's request for a personal leave does not affect his team's mentality headed into the playoffs. While this weeks match vs the chain gang isnt the real deal, you just never know what momentum can do.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Paolo Jimenez - Tuesday, July 5, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Tue Jul 05, 2011 6:44 pm

After a stellar 5 point week and helping the Roosters to a 2-0 result, Paolo Jimenez will be absent during the most crucial time of the year. The Roosters will miss his presence up front, but he has really only suited up in 4 games total. This squad is used to playing without him, and shouldn’t have any issues adjusting. Possibly the more interesting story out of this is that the GM David Nguyen was quite frustrated by this development as he extended his resources to sign Paolo. So as it stands that the end of Paolo’s ABHL season. It’ll be interesting to see whether GM’s take a chance on this oft missing player.

ABHL PLAYER NOTES continuous - Page 4 Empty Jason Lee - Tuesday, July 5, 2011

Post  ROTOWORLD Tue Jul 05, 2011 7:13 pm

Rumor has it that Jason Lee may indeed be missing Saturdays Playoff matchup vs the SHJB. This will be a deadly blow to the depth and all around scoring for Cash Only. Teams and GM’s aren’t quite sure what has happened with Jason as he’s missed 4 out of the last 6 games and a measly 2 points in his last 4 games. He was once atop the scoring leader race, but has a cold finish to the season. His skills are for sure still there, it just depends whether he is in uniform or not. For all Cash Only fans out there, hold your breath and cross your fingers that this key cog is in the lineup come Saturday.
